The position can be a hybrid of in the office and remote with casual office attire.
Flexible on hours and compensation is negotiable based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Quickly and professionally return buyer clients' calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties Prep listing presentations and research information about properties Coordiante marketing efforts and develop marketing calendar Update and manage CRM Managing the calendar and keeping track of timeframes during a transaction Sending out buyer needs letters to neighborhoods Create social media posts for properties.

Qualifications:
A good communicator (solid written and verbal skills) 1-2 years
Real estate experience preferred Excellent technology and time management skills Skilled in CRM management, digital and mail marketing Can spend a large amount of time driving Fast learner, self-motivated with ambitious growth in mind Has the ability to work with minimal supervision Focused, energetic, and have a professional demeanor Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Bonus if you already have an understaning of Compass tools, however this can be taught.
