Summary:
An ambassador of curated meats and artisan cheeses, that will assist with creative merchandising and displays, while providing superior customer service.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Works with Charcuterie Manager to set goals and improve specialty cheese and curated meat sales.
Provides engaging and knowledgeable customer service by providing recommendations for everyday dining as well as special event entertaining.
Describes cheese and curated meats characteristics to customers, including type, region, and taste.
Merchandising, creates and maintains abundant, immaculate and attractive cheese displays.
Assists with catering production and ensures all orders are prepared to standard and on time.
Continually develops knowledge of the basic styles of cheese and curated meats and their representation in our selection.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
