Assist with food preparation; Responsible for the preparation & assembly of fresh quality product, while complying with all sanitation standards; Label, date, and rotate all products to sell Operates meat and cheese slicers, oven, fryers, BBQ's, microwave, cutting tools and other deli equipment; Assist in maintaining all food at proper temperature; Awareness of all cuisine departments items i.
