We are expanding our team and are looking for a Sr.
Team Manager in Alliance! The Alliance Department serves as a primary point of contact for the clients of independent advisors who custody assets with Schwab and provide best in class service.
What you haveAs a Sr.
Team Manager in Alliance, you will pursue our mission and values through:
Leading a team of 12-15 representatives who provide a consultative service to meet the needs of our clients and employeesDeveloping team members through coaching, career development mentoring, and motivational techniquesAssessing and resolving escalated client issues at a moment's notice, helping them navigate Schwab products and servicesAnticipate potential risk issues pertaining to all facets of the team while presenting and implementing proactive solutions.
Providing creative ideas and solutions that will benefit the business and set the strategic direction of the segmentAnticipating potential risk issues pertaining to all facets of the operation while presenting and implementing proactive solutionsWorking collaboratively with other managers and leadership in cross-departmental projects and initiatives A valid and active FINRA Series 7, 63 or 66, 9 & 10 or 24 licenses required Bachelor's degree or relevant experience3-5 years of people leadership experience, preferably within financial servicesDemonstrated experience mentoring and coaching employees to achieve and exceed performance standardsSuperior interpersonal, verbal, and written communicationAbility to embrace change and innovationPositive attitude, team orientation, enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethicsGood organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple competing priorities within established deadlinesProven project management experience In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
