weekly/monthly bank reconciliations to Quickbooks, office filing and organization, bill payment, payroll and year end W-2 information, tax prep assistance, and general office assistance to existing team.
Existing team is involved in a multitude of endeavors from real estate to restaurants (and expanding).
Future candidate will be able to be involved in all aspects.
Job hours and days within the office are flexible and able to be discussed upon hiring.
Maximum weekly hours to start would be roughly 8 hours a week, split between two days in the office, generally Tuesday and Wednesday or Thursday.
Job Requirements to include, but not limited to:
at least a Bachelor's degree education, at least 3-5 years experience in some level of accounting and bookkeeping services, general knowledge of GAAP, Quickbooks and tax standards, Microsoft Excel/Word Proficient, must be organized and have the ability to be flexible.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
