In this role, you'll be the heart and soul of our team, empowering both coaches and clients to achieve financial success.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of talented financial coaches through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Foster a positive and supportive work environment that prioritizes growth and development.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient call flow and adherence to quality standards.
Analyze call data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement new coaching programs and initiatives.
Recruit, onboard, and train new financial coaches.
Stay up-to-date on financial trends and regulations to ensure coaches provide accurate and timely information.
Champion our mission of improving financial well-being for individuals and families.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing and leading a team in a call center environment.
Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
Data-driven decision-maker with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their best.
Passion for financial literacy and helping others improve their lives.
Experience with CRM systems and call center technology required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
