This Administrative position will be checking orders, following up with customers, following up with emails, all inbound calls, and processing customer orders. The administrative assistant will also assist with customer support, working closely with customer care and sales reps.

The ideal candidate will be well versed in Microsoft Excel, as they will be creating new spreadsheets, updating existing spreadsheets and documents, merging account information, transcribing information from Excel and into InfusionSoft.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
